Shipping / Returns
We process orders Monday through Friday only. Please allow up to 3 days for processing your order. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground. If you would like to have your order shipped more quickly, please contact us to make arrangements.
We do ship internationally. You can call us at +1 323 369 6462, or you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. Please provide a complete shipping address, phone number, and a list of items you'd like us to ship to you.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by Nima Abili. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message.
Upon receipt of the shipment, Nima Abili will contact you by email to confirm your refund. Please reference your order number when calling or e-mailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to our studio within 7 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.
